With over 23 years as a small business owner & 21 years parenting & supporting neurodivergent children, I've learned that real growth starts with slowing down, resetting, & restarting to move forward with intention.


I combine lived experience with practical strategies to help parents build balance, confidence & calm - in their homes, with their families & in themsevles.


My approach blends compassion & knowledge  to help you find clarity in the chaos in all areas of your life as a parent.
